Our physiotherapists treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries, to motor vehicle and work related injuries, to those common everyday aches and pains that appear over time. Our goal is to empower our clients towards self-management through active care and education about the body and its potential to heal and change. We work to improve mobility, decrease pain and promote return to function. Stopping activities you enjoy because of pain or dysfunction is not "normal", and the body is capable of great healing even with long term aches and pains.

Hilary has additional specialized training in assessment and treatment of concussions and vestibular symptoms including vertigo.

Kayla has a special interest in treating persistent pain, as well as a variety of orthopaedic injuries and has trained in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy ("The McKenzie Method) as her primary assessment and treatment approach.
